Three types of grasses to identify.  I am sure the first one is something from the bird feeder seed drop.

    1.  Oat

    2.  Wheat

    3.  Timothy grass

    at last a mis-spent youth at Young Farmers Clubs has been good for something 🤣

    Thank you @Dovefromabove and your time at the YFC certainly wasn't wasted.  You have an excellent memory too. I love all these grasses but the Timothy grass was the most unusual - pity there isn't more of it.  I forgot to post this grass which is now seeding - can anyone identify it please.

    Yorkshire Fog @Dovefromabove ?  I have never heard that name before - and neither had I heard of Timothy grass although I was intrigued with the name which was listed in our wild flower/grass mix that was sown here in our field earlier this year.  I can't say I have ever seen Timothy Grass growing before, although Yorkshire Fog is far more common here. Thank you.
