  Cerinthe major - Semi shade or sun - self seed happily SW UK ( too happily sometimes ).

  I also have Cerinthe growing of its accord, self-sown seedlings in all sorts of places. Sun, shade, dry damp. It is easy to move errant seedlings to more appropriate places, in the Spring.
