Rose id & problem

Hello, I’ve recently moved and there’s a lot of plants in the garden I don’t know! There is this lovely rose I’d like to know what it’s called? it has clusters of roses and they start off orange pink and fade to yellow. I’m dead heading it regularly and it seems to be flowering very well! But it’s t does a problem on some of the lower leaves ?
