Acer crimson , not sure of other ones

  I noticed today that the tree on the right has kept its white/green colour better than the left one, why would this be ?

  Your trees look very nice indeed ; they look like Acer platanoides 'Drummondii Variegata' .
  

  Commonly known as the variegeted Norway Maple .

  These soon attain immense proportions akin to the stature of Sycamores .

  Are you sure they're correctly positioned ? Are you considering keeping them regularly pruned ?

  Hi, my plan is to keep topping them yearly to maintain their height at the same level of the fence to act as a screen from the adjacent car park.
