Pains whilst gardening

I am making a product for my DT GCSE and I would appreciate if you did this survey on getting pains when gardening.

Yes why the focus on knees? Back pain, strained muscles, arthritis, rsi, shoulder injury (me recently), gardeners get all all sorts of pains and injuries from digging, hedge trimming, chainsawing, carting round heavy watering cans, pushing wheelbarrows up hills...
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.

Lower back from moving containers. Blisters from using secateurs. Padded handles might be nice
