Help! My hydrangea isn’t looking very healthy!

Came home to a very sad looking hydrangea.
Any ideas what’s happened? How can I fix it?
Thanks in advance

I assume it’s not long been planted and was previously in a pot? If so it would be better if you cut some of the flowers off to allow the roots to form strongly in the ground.
The pot grown ones are forced on for selling purposes.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
If it's in a very sunny site, it'll struggle too. They're best with dappled, or at least, a decent amount of shade, especially through the hottest part of the day.
