Came across this on a walk today and can’t work out the ID. Apologies for rubbish photo but had to reach over a ditch to get it, but I thought if someone knew it then they'd know it even from bad photo.
It looked a lot like hair ice, which we’ve seen here in winter when temp just on 0degrees. But it’s 37 degrees today!
