Anyone ever taken cuttings from a Philadelphus Starbright shrub. I've looked around and can't find much about it.

I assume it is the same way as any other philadelphus. Take new unflowered shoots (about 10cm long)  about now and push into pots of gritty compost. Water once, let drain, then put a cover over (propagator lid or polythene bag). Keep in a warm shady place until roots form.
