Rhododendron wilting and white fluff

Hi, I am very new to gardening but have a cunningham white rhododendron that I thought was doing well but it has in the last couple of days have some leaves that are curling and wilting. The leaves seem to have a white fluff on in little spots, I am not sure what these are or how to stop the problems. please please can you help?
