Chickweed

I have a lot of Chickweed in my borders, is it easy to get rid of and if so how? At the the moment I am trying to dig it up but fear I am spreading it about! t i a

    Pull it up before it flowers ... rinse well and eat ... great in an egg mayo sandwich, or with salami ... or in a mixed salad ... if you can’t beat it eat it 🍴

    Just be sure it's chickweed first!  My daughter mistakes milkweed for chickweed all the time
