Greenhouse identification help needed

Hi there,
My partner and I have inherited a greenhouse from his grandmother; we think it’s about 25-30 years old. We have taken it apart and are now cleaning it up and trying to work out the best glazing seals to use - ideally we would want to use rubber seals with the existing band clips. The glass was originally installed with some thin mastic and band clips.
I’ve attached a picture of the glazing bars - would anyone be able to recommend a rubber seal and where we could purchase from?
for clarification, the internal dimensions of the channel are 5mm x 5mm - the yellow measurement is the top of the external ridge.
also, just on the off chance- does anyone know what make of greenhouse it might be?
