Poppy ID

hi,

these poppies have recently turned up in my garden and they’re not like anything I’ve seen before. Can anyone tell me what variety they are please?

    Papaver somniferum ... commonly called the opium poppy. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    We have something similar growing in a slightly wild area behind our shed. Is this an opium poppy too?
