Are these Cacti Prickly Pears?

Does anyone know what type of cacti these 2 are? Are they prickly pears or?

    Not prickly pears. Prickly pears have large flat lobes like this.

    I did think that, can’t seem to find what they are anywhere. :/

    They may be a type of opuntia but deformed because of lack of light. Are they kept at a window? what are there growing conditions like? how long have you had them?

    They’re kept on a bedside table near the window. I’ve had the taller one for a couple of years and the smaller one maybe a year. They haven’t really changed much apart from growing taller.

    Could it be Consolea rubescens?
     Common name road kill cactus as it looks like it has been flattened.

    Look like etiolated Opuntia ficus-indica to me ; too much water and too little light .
    fidgetbones ; never heard of 'road-kill cactus' :) ; sounds like something from a Disney cartoon !!

    Paul B3 I water only when the soil is dry but I think i’ll move them to a South facing room to get more sun. Thank you!!

     Saw a rather large version of them today at the garden centre. The label just says ‘Cereus mix’. Thank you for everyone’s help in trying to identify them.

    A cactus that can drive! Now I've seen everything.  Where can I get one, I hate driving.

    Definitely an Opuntia and not a Cereus ; these are arborescent (tree-like) species .
    The label saying 'The Klondyke Group' doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the accuracy of their labelling .
