I thought I was growing wasabi...

But this is what I got. One stalk, almost 5 feet tall with white flowers. Most pictures of wasabi have many stalks

    It's in a very small pot...and hard to see but looks right as has brassica flower.   So just think it's adapted to poor growing conditions.

    I thought wasabi was grown in water, a bit like rice.🤔
