Anenome deadhead?

Hi, I have some beautiful dark blue Anenome which I grew from corms/bulbs? What do I do when the flower dies back? do I cut the stem back, deadhead or just leave? t i a

Anemone blanda, you just leave. They will gently seed around and multiply.

thanks @fidgetbones but I now believe it to be Mr Fokker, do I treat it the same?

Ok, a de caen type. Again you just leave it. You can lift the bulbs, or leave them in situ as they are perennial and will come back year after year. A mulch in winter is useful.

I don’t know what you’re meant to do but I deadhead them, taking the whole stem if there no leaves.
