Allium Red Mohican and Fritillaria Raddeana

I planted these in large pots last autumn and they immediately grew very straggly but did not flower in the spring. They have now died down with just a few green stragglers left.

Should I leave them where they are and replace some of the compost or remove them and store until autumn and then plant  again preferably directly in the garden soil or back in the pots

They don't sound very vigorous so there doesn't seem much point in leaving them in the pots for another year on the offchance they might flower. You could plant them in the garden and hope they do something amazing (though it's doubtful they will) or you could cut your losses and chuck them out and start again.
