Plants in the rain, special charm

even on a horrible rainy day you can find a special charm on how each flower looks. These were taken this morning between heavy downpour and light showers!

I totally agree with you Jacqui. The rain on a rich, sumptuous flower is always beautiful.
    Lovely pix.  :)
Some of my favourite garden photos are of my rain spattered Niobe

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

My pink Cornus kousa, in flower now, looks almost fluorescent in the rain.

Lovely photos, so nice to know that I’m not the only crazy who goes out in the rain to take photos.

Yesterday morning, after 24 hours+ of rain, all the moorland and the hills and our fields and garden meadows were silver, with the flowering purple moor grass completely transformed :)
