Can anyone tell me the name of this unusually plant found in south east England ? Much appreciated !

  The leaves look a little like centranthus (valerian), but l couldn't say for certain.

  I agree Blackstonia Pefoliata, "Yellow wort", "Stone wort" probable has other names to it grows like a weed here in the shingle, has a bright yellow flower.
