Lupin Aphids

My lupins are being destroyed by Lupin Aphids. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them? Thank you!

    Spray them off with the hose on a stronger setting

    We have tried that but they keep coming back!

    It don't kill them just brushes them off so they will come back. Try a bit of water with washing up liquid in and spray them
