Is this Honey Fungus?

Hi there,
i was just wondering if anybody could help me identify this fungus? It’s in my parents garden and they’re unsure whether it’s honey fungus or not, I’ve tried working it out myself but I’m not 100% sure so thought I’d ask you guys on here.
