Thanks for the information on the plant prices I have always wondered about prices I know that these garden shows sell off the stock cheap at the end of the show which saves them having to pack it all away.

The biggest problem for me with anything at the NEC is the ridiculous cost of parking.  We would have no alternative but to drive so when you add ticket costs, petrol and parking it becomes a non starter for us.  I'll stick with Malvern and its free parking.

I think is becoming less the case as so many gardens are relocated to new sites.
"Back in the day" there were bargains galore, but not so much now.

@BirminghamMarc1972 we did see Monty. He was on stage talking about the GW garden very interesting.
Prices for plants are pretty good and the best part is the huge variety and the knowledgeable sellers
    You saw Monty! Envious 😊

I went and it was freezing. It's the trip from the arena to the train station that's the pain
Ooh wish I could have gone! Working sadly...never been to a plant show, I've only ever walked past folk clamouring for okants around tents at RHS Wisley, but I was there for the garden!

If you mean tonight’s Gardener’s World - it is on iPlayer, as I am just about to watch it in bed.
    Thank you.
I was looking for Gardeners' W Live, but couldn't find it in the end and so I gave up! I hadn't realised in was under the normal GW banner. Just seen it in on iPlayer now, so I'll watch it in peace tomorrow night, once kids are in bed. Too shattered now, new job started this week...

    Teaching Assistant.
Or as the great Al Murray Pub Landlord would say "half secretary, half nurse" 😁
