Was wondering if anyone else tried to use the money off coupon in the April magazine to order garden furniture from Out & Out.
I ordered a garden set from them and was told delivery would be in 3 weeks. 11 weeks later and after numerous phone calls and emails, still no furniture! Ive given up and cancelled the order.
Just wondering if anyone else is in the same position?

Just very frustrating, whatever happened to good customer service.
Doesn’t seem to exist much anymore.
