The disappointment tree...

Two years ago in memory of a much loved Westie I planted a Cercis canadensis "Lavender Twist". After two years of it never blooming I contacted the supplier and was basically told "tough luck" I contacted the original propagators of it from the USA and they are pretty sure its habit and shape mean its not in fact "lavender twist" but a "standard" Cercis. The supplier does not answer my emails. which leaves me with a problem. It cost me well over a hundred pounds and its not what I paid for. What would you do now?

You need to do a ‘letter before action’ first though and that might be enough to get them to refund you.
