Hozelock Hose guide

Hi all,
Happy with my fancy new auto reel hose mounted on the wall, but realise immediately I need the hose guides to stop damaging my plants or the hose itself.
Has anyone used the The Hozelock hose guides?
Are there better ones?

I can't remember what it was for originally, but a short length is wedged down between the path and up the house wall corner, it is smooth so the hose does not snag or get scraped. It has worked quite well for some years now, I keep meaning to do a better job of it too ha!
Don't know if that would help on brick corners for you and you can use more normal guides around flower beds etc.
Edit: Ours is quite thick and stiff so I am guessing you may have to watch what the thickness is. some are very thin and wrap around corners , the one we have is a stiff set ninety degree angle, like angle iron is.
