Apple tree disease

Hi, something is eating out my apple tree leaves and fruits, it is already the third year that this happened, this year I placed the sticky tree band and codling moth trap for apple and pear trees but it did not help, in fact I think this year is even worst with all fruit full of black spots, can you please help to defeat the plague? Thanks in advance for your help!
