Should I be worried?

So last weekend I bought & planted an already flowered Aster in an ornamental wheelbarrow, and today I've discovered large white mushrooms growing from by the roots on almost all sides of the plant base??

It was bought from a good reputation garden centre, planted In fresh compost with a bit of well-rotted/ composted manure dug into the bottom of the hole when planting as instructed, so not sure what this is or if it's an issue?

I've removed it for now as it was creating a canopy over the innermost leaves and taken it up from as deep as I could, careful not to disturb the aster roots too much.

Should I be worried?

Nothing to worry about ... fungi are simply the fruiting bodies of the mycelium in the soil and they’re  breaking down the organic matter in the soil to make it available to your plants’ roots.
They’ll not harm your plants at all. 😊

No way would I attempt an ID of edible/non edible from a photo ... and if I were you I wouldn’t rely on one 🤢
