    Its a Echium , not sure of the variety but I think its pininana

    No. My daughter spotted them whilst out for a walk and loved the look of them. She has a new garden to plan so was smitten by these but didn't know what they were.  They do look impressive!

    It is about 12ft tall!! It is in Bishop's Palace Gardens in Chichester. Beautiful gardens kept in beautiful order by an army of volunteers.
