Chard leaf miners?

hi, can anyone tell me what’s causing this damage to my chard crop?! I think it’s leaf miners. If it is can anyone recommend some organic control?!

    My Swiss chard usually gets a bit of this  ... to be honest I just leave it and the plants outgrow it ... it doesn’t seem to have any effect on its productivity. 😊 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    I agree with Dove. You can just pick off affected leaves too if you want. 

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
