Nothing seems happy to self-seed for me, except fgmns and borage. But I will give them a go.

Yviestevie the colour of that honesty is amazing, particularly the leaves!
I just bought my first 3 plants a few weeks ago and let them weave through a black sambucus elder.
Now they're covered in lovely, coin shaped seed heads.
I've no idea how to treat them now - leave seed heads on as they're so ornamental (and will self seed) or should I have chopped them back to encourage more flowers?

I think I'd leave them to seed this year.  You may not get many flowers next year just leaves, but the year after they should really take off.

I love that Honesty Chedglow. Have just spent a half hour trying to track down seeds with no success! Blast!

I've just this minute ordered some from Avon Bulbs (and a few other things :D), after seeing the pics on this thread.
PS not advertising and I have no connection with them other than as a (new) customer

I saw the ones on ebay but I didn't think the picture looked quite right (not as purple in the foliage).
Edit: my post seems to have appeared in the middle of the thread instead of after @Fire's
Edit again: and now it's back where it should be :|
