Anyone grown Thermidrome Garlic ?

Hi from south wales.

I grew garlic for the first time this year and as usual went over the top and planted 300 in pots. Well it worked and now I have garlic for as long as it keeps for after drying.

Anyway my issue is I cant find any definitive info about how well it stores for.

I found a couple of bits of info online with searches, one said until Dec the same year and one said "does not store well"

So im trying to work out how long I have to eat or share most of it before it goes bad.

Anyone here with experience growing it by any chance, it would be a big help thanks....

Soft neck garlic usually stores for longer than hard neck. I'm still using last year's crop of soft necks now but it's at the end of its storage life. It also depends if you have a good place to store it. My garage is perfect as it's always cool and not too dark in there. If you have loads then it pickles well and keeps for much longer that way. The pickle flavour limits its use but it's still good for a lot of things. I think you can freeze it too but I've never tried.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

My hardnecks store pretty well, from July/August through till March just hung up in the barn, a non drafty shed or garage would do the same.
Any small ones that I don't think will store I turn into garlic butter and freeze.

does it need to be dark ? I have a shed but there are several windows so it will be light there

Mine were in a room with windows on both sides, not exactly bright in there but certainly not dark. They were not in direct light that might get them too warm.
