Light and heat propagator

Hi, please can anyone recommend a heat and light propagator that works well and is cheap to buy / run which can support a few different plants/seed trays. There are so many to choose from when I look online. I would like to grow some more exotic plants from cuttings or seeds. Thank you

    As you mention light as well as heat, I am guessing that you want to run it continuously, and not just at cooler times of the year?

    I thought I would need light to stop the plants, once sprouted, getting spindly due to lack of light. Once the plants are established they would be moved out into the garden or into pots.
