Is this Japanese Knotweed?

Hi All,

can an anyone help me identify this plant? I’m worried it’s Japanese Knotweed - we already have some knotweed near our house (not on the side where this plant is) and I really, really don’t want it!

    No it’s a Bryony  or Bindweed ... @nutcutlet will be able to give a proper ID ... but it’s Definitely Not Japanese Knotweed.  😊 👍

    Looks like hedge bindweed. If you fork it out gently, it will probably have a thick fleshy long root with it. The roots go down a long way and the only way I have found to eradicate it, is to paint the leaves   with glyphosate gel.
