Unruly lavender

any tips on what to do with this lavender? I did prune late summer last year but it is looking unruly and some parts dead, it’s in full sun and I water every evening any tips would be great as it’s looking really messy, thanks

    Just cutting out the dead bits to a point where it is green will tidy it up. After it has finished flowering, you can give  it a good trim to a neat shape.
