@amancalledgeorge - no not Hermes - they find us ok.

It’s UK Mail - for some reason their delivery drivers are unable to read the house sign everyone else can see....

I have had excellent service from Hayloft. They phoned me when they didn’t have something I had ordered and suggested a good replacement. They replaced a small tree that died sometime later, giving me a full choice of alternatives. Small plants ordered are indeed SMALL but golly have done really well. I’d really recommend them, sorry you have had a bad experience.

Count your lucky stars with Hermes @Topbird they actually found your place. The joys of the gig economy...

Hermes are terrible. Yesterday they just dumped an expensive parcel on my doorstep (London) and drove off. There are all sorts of places to hide it or tuck it out of the way, but they always just leave it in plain view and high tail it. No card, no ringing of the doorbell. They must be the cheapest of the cheap.

I think the way couriers are paid has a lot to do with how much time they can afford to spend looking for a safe place to leave a parcel.
    In London. Keen but lazy.
