Plant ID please

This self-seeded under our Elder tree, in a shady part of the garden. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what it is?  (Foreground, with ‘catkins’) Thanks.

    Attractive but a real spreader and a right PITA to dig out once it becomes established. You have been warned! 😉
