Lovely 😊. Which roses have you used?

Ah, they’re Shropshire Lad, From David Austin.  Love the look of them!  They seem quite happy so far; just need to drill some holes and put up some wire ready for when the growth comes 🤞🏻

Oooh that’s a lovely rose ... with lovely dark foliage too ... it’ll look great against that wall. Enjoy 😊

Have you looked at @Marlorena ‘s rose threads?  Lots of lovely rose pics on there. 🌹

My only issue with a pergola/bench combo is that it might be a bit furniture heavy in the design when I already have 3m patio depth at the back of the garden.  Lawn is approx 5m x 6m and that corner is the biggest bit of ‘border estate’ that I have - all the other borders are very narrow

    Thank you 😊
I’ve not looked at that but will take a look.  I’m a newbie gardener but really enjoying it and trying to read as much as I can x

I think that once you get roses and clematis over the pergola it’ll merge into the garden and the fact that it’s furniture will disappear 😊
