Brown leaves on my mirrabelle plum

after blossoming a few weeks ago. My 2 mirrabelle plum trees have now got a lot of dead brown leaves. There r still green leaves and fruit developing. We didhave a air frost shortly after the blossoming. 
Could it have been the result of frost or is it more serious. And will it spread to my other trees (cherry andgreen gage).
