Struggling with Sweet Peas! Help needed!

For some reason my sweet peas don’t seem to be growing. They were planted weeks ago, been fed and watered regularly and they just haven’t grown! 

Any ideas?

    They've been planted out too early.
    I've only just done mine a few days ago, and they're much bigger than that. Mine are also in pots which helps. Putting small plants into a big area of soil doesn't do them any favours.
    Were they grown undercover and then hardened off before planting too?
    The weather hasn't been ideal for them either. Once it warms up a bit they should come away though. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
