anybody know this bug?

Have recently planted buxus. Today I noticed they are covered in white sticky fluff and small green insects (see photos) does anybody know what this bug is and the best treatment

    Your photos haven't appeared, CJ.  Sometimes they are too big, so if you can shrink them you might be able to post them successfully.  

    Your pests sound like aphids, sap-sucking insects aka greenfly/blackfly.  The fluffy bits would be the skins that they shed as they grow.  Not usually a problem for established plants which can withstand the damage. But on new plants like yours , it's probably best to get rid.  If there aren't too many, you can just wipe them off with a bit of loo roll.  If there are too many, it's probably best to spray them, don't ask me what with, because I can never bear to kill anything!  Someone on here will tell you, I'm sure.

    Spray them with a touch of washing up liquid diluted in a hand spray bottle, you’ll need to do it a few times. Aphid produce live babies and they are very small, hide under leaves.
