Whos apple tree

At the bottom of my garden the neighbour as apple trees, over the years these have fallen onto my garden and have turned into 5 trees. This year they are bearing fruit but whos trees are they mine or the neighbours.

    Your garden, your trees - assuming you're talking about new trees grown from seed.

    If you mean the trees have fallen and their branches and/or some of the trunk are on your land then I suspect they are your neighbour's but possession is 9/10ths of the law.  If you want the fruit, discuss with him or her or them and arrange to divide them.  If you don't, ask the neighbour to remove the fallen trees from your land.   

    Above all, keep it amicable because neighbour disputes can get very unpleasant and also affect the value and sale-ability of your home.

    I did mean the fruit had dropped into my garden its were i keep my grass cliippings and have grown up over the years.

    Then they are your trees but are unlikely to produce edible apples as they will be unlike their parent.   Better to compost the fallen apples than let them grow.
