boston fern keeps drying out

ive got boston fern which is becoming a bit of a pain , I spray the leaves and water it well making sure Its roots don't get soaked , but every few weeks it leaves start to dry out,  its in a large enough pot with drainage with not too much sun

    Plunge the entire pot once a week in a bucket of water until no more bubbles appear.  Then let it drain completely before putting it back on display.   Reduce the soakings in winter unless you have it in a very warm room.   Spray the foliage daily.  

    Check the pot and see if the roots are poking out of the bottom or over the top.  It may just need a bigger pot and more compost as these plants do like to spread by their rhizomes (roots).
