Papaver somniferum... the opium poppy ... just wait ... it’ll flower. 😊

Thanks. Don't know where it came from, are we allowed to grow it? Would it have been in the wild flower seeds I.planted?

Yes it’s a normal garden flower. They self seed around and pop up in gardens all over the place. There have been several new threads enquiring about them in the past few days.
There are double and single forms and a range of shades
