Black fly

I have a viburnum Opulus  that's about 12feet tall, but this year it is smothered in aphids. Every stem, flower and  leaf is black with them and every plant underneath and close by is also afflicted. I've sprayed the nearby plants but the tree is so big that I can't do much to help it. Every ladybird I see around the garden I transport across to show it where lunch is, but what else can I do?

They are really bad this year, aren't they. You could hose them off if you wanted to. Some, anyway.
