Hydrangea leaves purple edging! Help!

Help!
I planted this hydrangea a week ago and it’s leaves have started to turn purple / black and it seems to be getting worse!

Is is there something wrong with it? Do I need to do anything to it?

It’ll be fine ... they do that sometimes ... a reaction to a bit of stress ... maybe some lower night time temperatures than it’s been used to. In the main it looks lovely and healthy. Worry not 😊

Just make sure you keep it watered while it settles in.  A good bucketful or watering canful every week so it gets a proper soaking instead of a light dribble.  That will help its roots settle and go down to seek nutrients and moisture rather than staying at the surface where they'll fry in hot weather.
