    If it's anything like my mower it has a hose plug, plug the hose in turn on the water and the mower and it pretty much cleans itself. I can run mine without the bag however so it isn't getting soaked.
    As to picking up the clippings I don't as a rule. I pick them up only if the lawn has gotten too long and they would be obviously visible, they really don't seem to rot down where I am, just making huge piles of nasty anoxic slime (we have a lot of lawns way too much to dilute into the compost)
