Tape adaptor to hosepipe advice

Hey all, I'm about to treat my garden with aftercut but I want to be able to water it frequently. I don't have a tap outside so I was wondering if anyone knew if any tap adaptors would fit these.

I'm not sure what types of taps they are but maybe someone on here could help?

Thanks both of you. I've bought the one in the screenshot as it claims to fit square taps and it was cheap. Will update once tested
