Vinca!!

I planted vinca’s in my raised beds and it’s swamping everything. I’ve pulled one lot out but couldn’t get all the roots - so I know I’ll have regrowth and will need to get as much root out as I can. For the remainder that I want to remove can I use a gel weed killer on its leaves without killing my other plants?

Yes. Just apply it to the vinca leaves and leave it to work ... when the leaves are brown the roots will be dead. It won’t affect the other plants in the bed.

Just be careful not to splash other plants - make a cardboard collar to wall in the vinca, or use a paint brush.    It’s quite easy for tiny droplets to drift over other plants.

Do it on a calm day as well - you don't want gusts of winds taking droplets around.

The OP said she’s using a gel 😊
