Spots on tomato leaves

Hello, I seem to be having some problems with my tomato plants and I have no idea what is happening. Just noticed these today. They are on almost all branches on the plant top to bottom. Any ideas what is happening and what I can do to fix this issue?

    Probably splashed with water and then sun, it does this kind of damage but not harmful to the plant.
