ID please

Can someone identify this please tell me if it is dying.if not does it enjoy sunny partial shade etc.

    It’s Gaultheria procumbens. It’s an acid lover and needs an acid compost and shade or partial shade.

    It's not dying - evergreen plants often have manky looking older leaves at some point in the year.  The new leaves are those orangey ones.

    It likes it dampish as well as a bit shady.  Hardy to minus 10C.  Spreads when happy.   :)
