Best action for my lilly

Hi i think thia is a lilly 🤔 its never really flowered great. It has one long flower thats red but has always looked a bit half opened and shrivelled when its flowered. This year i divided it into three and have watered it every other day. The leaves are looking a bit yellow could i have  this watered it too much?  Also should i be putting a feed on it? I'd love for it to look best
